A sliding mount balances the light while tracking allows the flash to move up and down as the power is adjusted. Unlike the M150 model, the Novatron M300 monolight features fan cooling. Other features include color correct, an 18-foot power cable and an included 6.5-inch reflector that can be interchanged with a 16-inch reflector. This 4-pound, 11-ounce light measures 4 inches wide, 12 inches in diameter and 4 inches high and comes in at a price of $413.00 as of 2010.
