How to Convert a Nikon Lens to a Canon Body

Photography is an art of improvisation. Whereas some manufacturers build superior camera bodes, others build superior lenses. This is a common enough problem for professional photographers, especially when it comes to Nikon lenses and Canon camera bodies. Rather than having to buy numerous camera bodies to get the desired lenses (and vice versa), there is a simple solution. Save money with one simple tool.

Instructions

Assemble your pieces. Not only will you need your lens and body, but you will need a compatible lens adapter ring.

    2

Place the lens adapter ring over the shutter mount and twist it gently into place.

    3

Clean your lens and place it onto the adapter ring. Twist gently until secure.

    4

Test the lens by peering through the viewfinder. Be sure to hold the lens, as well as the camera body, until you are certain the lens is firmly in place.

    5

Shoot a test print or two. Make sure the images are crisp and accurate. This will ensure your lens is compatible with your Canon body.
