Making a white backdrop for photography is a relatively simple task, as the materials required are readily available. The backdrop should be made from white muslin. Purchase a roll of white muslin that has the width of the measurements taken in step one. The length should be approximately 35 to 40 feet; this will act as the drop cloth. The fabric store will cut this length for you.
3Attach the muslin to the stand and roll it out.
4Paint the muslin with white paint, if the white is not bright enough. Muslin accepts paint well.
