You want to associate your company with positive values such as determination or quality of service. The photos should be bright and taken in landscape style; typically, they should be sized around 8x12 inches.
Often it's useful to advertise the calendar photo shoot within your company to find individuals who'd like to feature in it; this can easily be done by adding an announcement to the company newsletter, or putting up a notice advertising for interested employees to take part.
3Organize a list of dates relevant to your company such as times of events or product promotions. Include these in the final calendar to increase public awareness.
4Commission a calendar publisher to print the calendar; online examples include lulu.com, wholesalecustomcalendars.com, and spectrumsoftware.com. These will feature a calendar creation wizard which allows you to assign your preferred photos to each month of the pre-made calendar template, along with listing dates of interest within the calendar's body.
If your company wants to publish a calendar without using a standard date template, you may need to place a special request with your chosen company.
