Photo Studio, made by ArcSoft, allows users to manipulate images in lots of different ways. Among the tools is the Image Size tool that easily allows a user to resize a photo. This tool hides below the Main Menu in the Edit menu under Image Size. Once found, it allows a resize simply by entering a new value for the height or width of the photo. It also allows a user to change the resolution of an image as well.

Click "Main Menu" and then "Edit."
2Select "Image Size" from the drop-down menu. The Image Size dialog box will open.
3Check the "Keep Aspect Ratio" box. This keeps the image proportional and doesn't distort the photo.
4Enter a new value for the size of the image in the width or height box. If you selected the "Keep Aspect Ratio" box, when you enter a new value into one box, the other changes automatically. You can also change the image's resolution by changing the value in the resolution box.
5Click "OK" to resize the photo.
