Using wood mold patterns is an easy and inexpensive way to frame a beautiful work of art. A well-built frame will hold the picture in a perfect window for viewing the piece. Pattern pieces are ready for a careful assembly.

Assembly Instructions
- 1
Arrange pieces for the picture set. Lay on a table the glass, mat and backing in the arrangement that will fit in the frame.
2Set the mold pieces around the picture. Place each piece as shown in the pattern design. Place the corners together nicely. Take a look at the design you can see in the set wood pieces. Remove the frame and place on a table.
3Assemble the frame with the wood mold pieces and wood glue. Make the pattern from the mold pieces by gluing two pieces at a time in the corner clamp. In the corner clamp, set the bottom piece and the left side piece together in a flush fit; make a right angle. Glue the two pieces together. Do the same with the top piece and the right side piece. After the glue sets, take the two L-shaped pieces and set together the frame on the table. Glue the top left corner together in the corner clamp. Finish the frame by gluing the bottom right corner.
4Secure the frame with wire brads. Punch lead holes in the frame corners; each corner takes two brads. Set a wire brad in the lead hole. Use the nail set to tap in the brad with the tack hammer. Tap in two brads for the four corners.
5Fill in brad holes with wood putty. The frame is ready for you to set it on the picture.
